- Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.
2. Shipping Time
- Delivery within major cities: 3–5 business days.
- Delivery to remote or rural areas: 5–7 business days.
- Delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances or courier issues.
3. Shipping Charges
- Standard shipping charges will be calculated at checkout.
- We may offer free shipping on promotional campaigns or orders above a certain value.
4. Order Tracking
- Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an email or SMS with tracking details.
- You can track your shipment using the provided tracking ID on our courier partner’s website.
5. Incorrect Address
- Please ensure your shipping address and contact details are accurate when placing the order.
- CaseCraft will not be responsible for delivery failures or delays due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.
6. Delayed or Lost Packages
- If your package is delayed beyond the expected delivery timeframe, please contact us for assistance.
- In rare cases of lost shipments, we will investigate with the courier and provide a resolution, which may include a replacement or refund.
7. International Shipping
Currently, CaseCraft ships only within India. We do not offer international delivery at this time.
