1. Eligibility for Returns

  • Products must be unused, undamaged, and returned in their original packaging.
  • Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is required for all returns.

2. Non-Returnable Items

  • Customized or personalized cases cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged or defective.
  • Products purchased during clearance sales or special promotions are non-refundable.

3. Damaged or Defective Products

  • If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the product and packaging.
  • We will arrange a replacement or issue a refund after verification.

4. Refunds

  • Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
  • Refund timelines may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

5. Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product was defective or incorrect.
  • We recommend using a trackable courier service, as we are not responsible for lost return packages.

6. Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you want a different product, please return your order (if eligible) and place a new order separately.
